Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Eranga Senavirathne. By accessing eranga-portfolio.vercel.app or commissioning our professional services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. These terms govern all aspects of our digital relationship, from initial consultation to final delivery.

2. Professional Service Obligations

We provide high-level technical services across several domains. Our obligations include:

  • Data Analysis: Providing accurate insights based on the data provided. We are not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from faulty or incomplete client data.
  • Web Development: Delivering functional code that meets the agreed-upon Statement of Work (SOW). We provide a 30-day "stability period" for bug fixes post-launch.
  • Digital Marketing: Implementing data-driven strategies. Please note that while we use proven methods, we cannot guarantee specific ranking or conversion outcomes due to the volatile nature of third-party algorithms.

3. Financial Integrity & Payment Authorization

All service fees are non-negotiable once the SOW is signed. By submitting payment through our secure portals, you represent that you are an authorized user of the payment instrument. We reserve the right to suspend all active development and withhold digital assets if payments are disputed, reversed, or fail to clear.

4. Fulfillment & Electronic Delivery Protocols

As a digital-first provider, all products are delivered electronically. Fulfillment is defined as the successful transmission of the final project files to the client's provided email address or cloud storage repository.

We maintain a "Delivery Log" for all projects. Once the transmission is confirmed on our servers, the service is considered "Fulfilled." Any issues with downloading or accessing files must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon final payment, the client is granted a full license to use the deliverables for their intended business purpose. We retain the right to include the work in our professional portfolio and marketing materials unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is executed prior to the start of the project.

6. Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, and the Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in these jurisdictions.
