Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Service Policy

Because our services involve intensive manual labor, custom code, and strategic planning, we operate a milestone-based refund policy. This ensures that the professional time and resources allocated to your project are respected while providing you with fair protection.

2. Detailed Refund Structure

Phase A: Discovery & Pre-Production

If you cancel within 24 hours of the initial transaction and work has not commenced, you are eligible for a 100% refund of the service fee.

Phase B: Development & Drafts

If the project is cancelled after the first draft or milestone has been delivered, you are eligible for a 50% refund. This covers the creative and analytical hours already invested.

Phase C: Final Delivery

Once the final digital assets (Data Reports, Final Code, Optimized Videos) have been transmitted, the service is considered fully rendered and no refunds will be issued.

3. Refund Initiation Process

To request a formal review for a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to erangasenevirathna@gmail.com with the subject "Refund Request - [Project Name]".
  2. Detail the specific reason for your dissatisfaction or cancellation.
  3. Our billing team will review the project logs and respond within 3 business days.

4. Financial Reversal Timeframes

Approved refunds are submitted to our payment processor immediately. Depending on your financial institution and geographical location, the funds may take 5 to 10 business days to reflect in your account. We have no control over bank-side processing delays.

5. Fraud & Dispute Resolution

We maintain detailed records of all client communications and file deliveries. Any attempt to initiate a fraudulent chargeback after a service has been successfully fulfilled will be contested with full documentation and may lead to the suspension of your right to use our delivered assets.
